This is a true first with just 12 titles listed on the back of the dust-wrapper - "Tales of Long Ago" being the eleventh on the list.
The book is in excellent condition with some darkening to the page block and edges and a very small perforation in the frontispiece. Red boards are clean and strong with no wear and sharp corners.
No inscriptions or markings.
The colourful wrapper is complete, with two very small tears to the upper rear, and some edge-wear and minor scratching. Small tape-mark near the bottom of the spine.
