Large engraved bookplates of Johann & Dora Kruse in each volume; Kruse (1859-1927) was an Australian violinist and conductor. Later red three-quarter morocco and marbled boards (corners rubbed), gilt titles, by J. & E. Bumpus, Oxford. Scattered light foxing, but a very good copy in an attractive binding.
