Edition limited to 300 copies, this being no. 228, 8vo, pp. 137, [5]; frontispiece portrait and printers ornaments throughout; a very fine copy in the original white cloth backed brown printed boards, gilt, in brown cloth slipcase. Originally published privately in an edition of 450 copies in 1953, each chapter of Morison's Tally is set in the appropriate typeface (17 in all). This limited edition not listed in Appleton; Appleton 190a describes a trade edition.
