Title page printed in black with a blue decorative border around it. Several additional pages with the decorative blue border. Illustrated with two plates, which combine to make a full color insert of illustrations of life in Cassel in 913, 1413, and 1813 (A.C.E.). Also illustrated by in-text engravings and black and white photographs. Replete with advertisements for printers, cigar makers, hotels, cafes, and other features of the town. The third issue of the magazine celebrating the thousand-year anniversary of Cassel, Germany. Edited by the Magistrates of the municipality. A tear to the spine and some light wrinkling to a few leaves.
