Sobre este artículo
Garden City, NY: Doubleday: Image Books. Very Good. 1968. First Edition Thus. Mass Market Paperback.. Very Good in Wraps: the spine shows the slightest lean; moderate wear to the extremities; mild rubbing and moderate consequent soiling to the white background field of the self-wrapper covers; three pages at one point in text are creased at the very tip, apparently inadventently; faint stress-creases to the front panel and backstrip; the binding is secure; the text is clean. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 12mo. (7.15 x 4.15 x 0.7 inches). Language: English. Weight: 6.6 ounces. Image D252. Mass Market Paperback. Pierre Teilhard de Chardin SJ (1881 1955) was a French Jesuit priest, scientist, paleontologist, theologian, and philosopher. He was Darwinian in outlook and the author of several influential theological and philosophical books. He took part in the discovery of Peking Man. He conceived the vitalist idea of the Omega Point. With Vladimir Vernadsky he developed the concept of the noosphere. Christopher Mooney, a fellow Jesuit who has read and evaluated every available source of Teilhardian thought has provided deep insights into the spiritual dimensions of Teilhard's thought. ; 318 pages; Not Inscribed or Signed by Author. .
