Cloth backed paper covered boards, title and date "1923" printed in blue onto spine, Chinese characters stamped in gilt onto bottom corner of upper board, 12mo (7-1/2 inches [19 cm] tall), pp. [1]-150, [151], [152 - blank], appendices, index, printed on heavy watermarked paper. Volume with fading to covers and spine, paper edges rubbed through in places, endpapers toned, scattered foxing throughout, original $2 price in pencil to upper corner of ffep, cover gilt still bright.
