Introduction by Aurelia Henry Reinhardt. Foreword by Rabbi Rudolph I. Coffee. xxx, 98pp. Fifty-two photographs. Blue cloth. Some minor spotting to covers, else a fine copy with slightly darkened dust jacket. The Temple of Religion and Tower of Peace was a gorgeous building of inter-faith exhibits and programs. The Temple was open for services of different faiths. The author was pastor of Saint John's Presbyterian Church in Berkeley. The illustrations show the building, its towers, the crowds, grounds, other buildings of the exposition, etc. Numerous inter-faith exhibits are included..

The Argonaut Book Shop was founded in 1941 in the middle of the financial district of San Francisco. The Argonaut was a founding member of the Antiquarian Booksellers\' Association of America and has been a member in good standing ever since. The Shop is now located just three blocks from Union Square in downtown San Francisco and is open six days a week. Parking facilities include ample street space and a parking garage close by.
