One of 1500 copies printed for sale in England & America - un-numbered but inscribed at rear of volume ' for the engraver of the frontispiece with the compliments of the publishers'. Aeg, top edge browned. Bound in red and gold embossed cloth, endpapers slightly browned, portrait frontis of the author ( offset to title page ). near fine. No inscriptions. Pictures available.
