Fair. 236 pages. all morocco leather - padded. splits in leather to spine - two at head 60 & 25mm and one at tail 45 mm; patterned endpapers still good. all page edges gilt. No foxing seen. Text block near perfect. Gilt monogram to front leather cover - "AT" Gilt tile to spine Red morocco leather. Some loss to head of spine 1mm or so.
