Part II, published 1939, 149 pp., Very Good, old tape mends to spine and hinges, both Parts with small ownership markings front wrappers of Professor G. J. Stolnitz, noted economist at Indiana University, Part II with a few scholarly marginal notations in ink by Stolnitz. Alfred J. Lotka (1880-1949) is considered the father of mathematical demography.
