Illustrated with frontispiece photograph of the author and officers of the unit and a two page map of Goldsboro. Defective: missing the plate for Sergt. Patrick Cannavan page 207. Light wear to the cloth extremities. Light foxing to the frontispiece tissue guard and foredge. The contents covers the history of the regiment and its 9 months service in North Carolina 1862-3.
