There is an introduction by Robert S. McNamara and British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan. This is the finely bound Easton Press edition in a full red leather binding with four raised spine bands and five compartments. The cover and spine decorations are in 22 kt gold, all edges are gilt; silk moire end papers with yellow silk ribbon bookmark; printed on archival acid-free paper with smyth sewing. The publisher's "Notes from History" describing the book and the author is loosely laid in. A nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings. There are no owner names, bookplates or other ownership markings. This copy appears to have been unread.
