Sobre este artículo

New York, USA: The H. W. Wilson Company, 1929. Cloth. Very Good-/-. A collection of essays that delve into the reformation of the present Gregorian calender into a more logical Thirteen-month Calender. In 1923, the League of Nations assigned a committee to study, and act upon it. This Reference Shelf edition follows in the series practice of presenting the reprints of some of the best and most representative discussions in an impartial light. This edition also gives a brief summary of the leading arguments and has a full and classified bibliography. Brown cloth with black titling to the front and the spine, the front cover has a black line illustration of a bookshelf, front endpapers and the page backing the FFEP show a list of all the editions in The Reference Shelf series, the back endpapers have a listing of the other series offered by the publishers. 201 pages. Some shelf wear with corners and spine ends slightly worn, there are a few light smudges and pressure marks on the covers, edges of the text block are foxed as are a few of the pages, there is a ligjht damp mark at the top right corner of a few pages that do not affect the text, the book is in great shape for its age, with a solid and tight binding and internal pages free of markings.
