Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 1986 PROOF COPY of First Edition (jointly published by Crowood and Cloudcap). WITH loose handwritten note by UK publisher to the USA publisher, and with partial invoice for the publishing costs. Uncut text gatherings (two sheets per gathering, each sheet having 4 leaves). Pages not numbered, but spines of gatherings are numbered (1 through 11). Photos not present, but the handwritten note indicates that they were being sent separately. All text pages present. Minor soiling to the first leaf of the first gathering, otherwise clean with no previous owner marks or writing on any pages. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
