Sobre este artículo

London: Arco Publications with Bernard Hanison, 1959. Bound in the publishers black hardboards with gilt title lettering to spine. This is the first Fitzroy edition and part 2 of The Steam House. The 176 pages are in fresh, clean condition with no inscriptions and are tightly bound. Book sits solid and square. A very good+ copy. Housed in the colourful dustwrapper displaying three elephants engaged in what appears to be a fight to the death. The Fitzroy first editions of Jules Verne's work certainly display a dramatic and unique dustwrapper art. Light wear and signs of handling with hairline tear to the front panel otherwise a very good dustwrapper which has been priceclipped. Protected in a removable archival booksleeve to preserve its condition. Becoming scarce in this edition which is the first thus. Photographs of the book and the dustwrapper are available on request. A nice copy in the atmospheric dustwrapper.. First Edition. Very Good +/Very Good.
