Sobre este artículo

New York: Viking, 1996. Fine in near fine dust jacket.. Signed first edition of the first book in the TIME WARP TRIO series, in which the boys are thrown into Ancient Egypt along with Joe's sister and her cat Cleo - with original drawing by Lane Smith. Lane Smith's charmingly peculiar artistic style has graced publications from children's literature to periodicals, and even the covers of punk rock albums. His children's book illustrations have earned him numerous accolades, including two Caldecott Medals and five New York Times' Best Illustrated Book awards, as well as the adoration of numerous slightly off-center kids. He has collaborated with writer Jon Scieszka across a number of books, including the Caldecott Honor-winning THE STINKY CHEESE MAN. 8.5'' x 5.5''. Original color pictorial boards. Original unclipped ($11.99) color pictorial dust jacket. Illustrated in black and white. 74 pages. Signed by Smith and Scieszka to title page, with original drawing of torso and arm by Smith. Jacket with a touch of rubbing to rear. Clean and bright.
