End papers have map of Texas Panhandle showing The White Deer Lands and the J.A. Ranch. 322 pp. Crisp and tight with clean interior.Tan cloth boards have a few tiny white spots and slight corner and spine end wear. Page edges have a little foxing. Clear acetate wrapper provided by previous owner is showing wear but was probably instrumental in preventing wear through the years.
