Van Dusen, A. E. F.; Vern F. Cox, Hawaiian Service; and F. K. Emich, 91st Division. Includes the text of Casey at the Bat, as recited by DeWolf Hopper in many vaudeville performances. An extremely scarce publication. In Good+ Condition: some loss over spine and along edges of cover; browning along edges of pages; clean and solid.
