New York: Grosset & Dunlap. Very Good in Good+ dust jacket. 1928. First Edition. Hardcover. Text is clean. Previous owner gift inscription on front free endpaper. Front hinge shaken. Mustard colored boards with red and black multi scene cover decoration. Cover very clean, gentle bump to spine and corners, light slant to spine. Dust jacket shows wear, closed tear on front panel of DJ, chipping to corners and spine, rubbing along flap folds. Spine of DJ sun faded. Dust jacket, rear advertisement and interior titles list to this one. Page 180 does contain the original text "men were wealthy Jews", which was changed to "men were very wealthy" by the second printing. MAD 58500-31-2 (Dust Jacket 2B). ; Tom Swift; Vol. 31; 216 pages .
