Tom Swift, the boy scientist, was a favorite of kids in the mid-twentieth century--his exotic inventions blended concept in contemporary science with adventure. Published in 1962, this is a later printing--this was number 18 in the Tom Swift series, and the list of books on the rear cover extends to number 28 (published in 1968). Original publisher's color printed covers with practically no wear. This is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names and no bookplates. ; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 188 pages .
