Sobre este artículo

Lot of Six hardcover titles by Stephen King (author of IT, Carrie, The Shining, Salem's Lot, The Dark Tower: The Gunslinger, etc.) in first UK editions! (These are NOT BC editions) Please read ALL the information before buying and/or asking questions. NOTE: The lettering on the spines of the boards are bold and vivid, not faded as in the scans. Also there is toning to the text-block edges (i.e. the pages within the binding) on most copies which is typical for books published in the UK circa 1980 to 2000 unless otherwise stated.

The Eyes of the Dragon by Stephen King Hardcover First UK Edition - First Printing London: Macdonald UK, 1987 £10.95 326 pages. (published simultaneously by Viking in the US) Near Fine+ in Fine- Dust Jacket. A really nice copy, typical text-block toning. The jacket is just about fine save for a few nicks here and there, mostly at the corners.

The Tommyknockers by Stephen King Hardcover First UK Edition - First Printing London: Hodder and Stoughton UK, 1988 £12.95 536 pages. (published simultaneously by Putnam in the US) Features a wonderfully spooky dust jacket showing a dark landscape. In my humble opinion, a more pleasing book than the US edition. Fine in Fine Dust Jacket, a beautiful copy with almost no shortcoming save the typical toning of the text-block. Much more uncommon in this edition than the US edition.

The Dark Half by Stephen King Hardcover First UK Edition - First Printing London: Hodder and Stoughton UK, 1988 £12.95 414 pages. (published simultaneously by Viking in the US) Features a wonderfully spooky dust jacket showing the grave stone of George Stark, more pleasing jacket artwork than the US edition which showed a blurred skill. Fine- in Fine Dust Jacket, a beautiful copy with almost no shortcoming save the typical toning of the text-block and an artificial blot on the top inch of the text-block on the right-hand, not really affecting the overall presentation. Much more uncommon in this edition than the US edition.

Four Past Midnight Four Novellas (similar to Different Seasons) including "The Langoliers", "Secret Window, Secret Garden", "The Library Policemen" and "Sun Dog" by Stephen King Hardcover First UK Edition - First Printing London: Hodder and Stoughton UK, 1990 £14.99 676 pages. (published simultaneously by Viking in the US) Features spooky dust jacket art showing a ghoul atop a cryptic clock. Fine- in Fine Dust Jacket, a beautiful copy with a bit less toning to the text-block and just a couple tiny nicks to the front corners. Much more uncommon in this edition than the US edition.

The Stand Complete and Uncut by Stephen King Hardcover First UK Edition - First Printing London: Hodder and Stoughton UK, 1990 £14.95 1027 pages. (published simultaneously by Doubleday in the US, original first edition, 1978) Features spooky lightning on the front dust jacket art showing a ghoul atop a cryptic clock. Near Fine+ in Fine- Dust Jacket, a beautiful copy with a bit less toning to the text-block, was probably read once or twice, and just a couple tiny nicks to the front corners. Much more uncommon in this edition than the US edition.

The Wind Through the Keyhole A Dark Tower Supplementary Novel Hardcover First UK Edition - First Printing London: Hodder and Stoughton UK, 2012 £19.99 333 pages. (originally published by Donald M. Grant as part of the Dark Tower series, then simultaneously by Scribner's in the US). Fine in Fine Dust Jacket, a nearly perfect copy save a hint of a nick to the upper right-hand front corner and a little bit of edge-wear here and there.

NOTE: All modern books with dust jackets come with dust jacket covers.
