Sobre este artículo
LONDON: Stanley Paul. Hardcover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Undated but presumed first edition. Apparently rebound in dark green cloth with gilt lines and spine label. This is Sabatini's detailed history of the life of Torquemada who was the first Grand Inquisitor in Spain's attempt to harmonise religious practices in the 15th Cent. The interior is clean and unmarked. Spine title is misspelt Torquemeda. A handsome edition. DW Very Good
