Good condition. Slight edge wear. This is a new book that was stored in a back room that had a roof leak. This new book fell prey to "splatter" water damage. Inside the book it is noticeable on the first 9 pages, then gets smaller and smaller until page 37 where it disappears; however, the closed book page edges have a light tan splatter pattern. Otherwise the text is clean, spine is not creased, covers show little wear, and the book is tight. A good reading copy.
