Genrously illustrated throughout with 113 black and white photographs on separately printed glossy stock and a couple of folding maps. Map and index of National Forests and National Parks of the Western States. Great early photograph of Yellowstone Park, Cedar Canyon in Utah, Lake Tahoe, Glacier National Park, Zion Canyon among many other famous and some now past landscapes of the Far West. A very tight, clean, bright volume with some unopened pages. Some darkening to the top edge gilt. Bookseller's sticker of "The White House Books" San Fransico on rear pastedown. Very near fine.,.
