New York, New York: Automobile Club of Southern California, 1926. First printing. Original Wraps. Very good. A single original issue with original advertisements--color full page cover ads for Baldwin Shock Absorbers; Standard Oil Red Crown Gasoline, and Shell Motor Oil. Quarto, 11 1/2" tall, wire saddle stitch, 62 pages (black and white interior) + 8 page 'Rotagravure' section printed in brown + stiff color cover. A very good, original magazine overall with moderate edge wear, but light soiling to the cover margins, and a subscriber's label on the cover; light yellowing to pages, but some minor finger staining to some fore-edge margins, wire saddle-stitches rusting and spine slightly roughed and a few scattered edge tears. The original newsprint paper used for the photogravure section has high acid content and is more yellowed. A terrific portrait of the time with ads and illustration and relatively scarce.
