Dallas, Texas: Trammel Crow Company Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Folio - 14 Inches Oblong. A rare copy of a Trammel Crow prospectus for one of their building projects: 122 W. Carpenter Freeway / Las Colinas in Irving, Texas, designed by the architectural firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. No publication date, but development on the Las Colinas office buildings began in the early 1980s. The hardcover prospectus features gray, cloth-covered boards with a silver, embossed image of the building on the front cover, and four pages, protected by tissue guards, displaying color photos and drawings of the building's features. Two fold-out brochures for Las Colinas and 122 W. Carpenter Freeway are housed inside a rear-cover pocket. OCLC locates no copies, nor do we find any for sale in the trade. 0.
