Hardcover. 244 pp. A tight copy, usual embrowning to the pages as was common with what this publisher thought of a less important titles and genres. In original dust jacket, very small chip lower edge of the front panel, minor wear to the tips and a closed tear haed of spine. The author's second novel ("The Haploids" was the first), a science fiction about an unseen race living among us, the Capellans, that for millions of years have harvested a crop of their own planting---the thought forces released by humans at death. Now that source is threatened by the advance of science.
