Minor edge and corner wear, lighlty scuffed and scratched, corners are gently bumped and rubbed, some light fraying in the top and base of the spine, lightly shelf worn, overall a very crisp and clean first edition, gift quality! Light blue cloth with gilt, black and silver lettering and design on the front cover and spine. Beautifully done. Wonderfully well-preserved! Binding is very tight. Gilt outer page edges. 47 very clean unmarked and uncreased historical and poetic pages beautifully enhanced by historic black and white etchings!
