New York: E. P. Dutton, 1922. 2nd printing, dated Nov. 1922. In the very scarce dust jacket. Blue cloth with gilt lettering. 339 pp. Fore and bottom edges untrimmed, with some leaves unopened. Light wear to the spine ends. Otherwise a fine, unmarked copy in a square, tight binding. The dust jacket has some wear at the spine ends and corners. The spine is a bit darkened and has a small puncture. In Brodart archival dust jacket protector.. Hard Cover. Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
