Faint binding wear; jacket edgeworn, age toned and rubbed, with several small edge chips at extremities. A tight and fairly attractive early (not first) printing of this 1959 Pulitzer Prize winner and television series inspiration -- "A Novel of 1849 and the Rush to the Gold Fields." Circular gold foil "Pulitzer / Prize / Winner" label on front jacket panel.

The Travels of Jaimie McPheeters is a Pulitzer Prize-winning novel written by Robert Lewis Taylor, which was later made into a short-running television series on ABC from September 1963 through March 1964, featuring Kurt Russell as Jaimie.
