Discusses a number of key early 20th-century labor trials, including the Hitchman Coal & Coke Co. injunction; the Danbury Hatters case; Bucks Stove boycott case, etc. Co-author Hayes [1881-1954], was a founding member of the ACLU. Scarce in dustjacket; this is an attractive copy.
