Cocked spine and wear and tear to covers including worn corners and head and heel of spine, half in tear at spine seam and quarter inch tear on bottom cover. We noted about 10 pages with fingermarks. Robert Benchley was an author, playright, actor, columnist, critic and commentator. He was a contract player at famed (MGM) Metro Goldwyn Mayer studio while at the same time drama critic for the New Yorker magazine!
