In Very Good Condition: modern archival repair to front hinge and spine (restorer's report available on request); slight loss of leather at ends of spine; edges rubbed; a second bookplate has been removed from the front fixed endpaper, leaving the lower part of the Hungerford bookplate and part of the endpaper darkened; one vertical crease in the title page; light marginal soiling; otherwise pages are clean and tight.
