Tight and unfaded, but gently cocked, lightly rubbed, paper lightly browned with occasional spots of foxing: Very Good.

An effort to explain the "elementary" moral "principles which God has made for the government of all nations," to foster "peace, justice and mercy" (v-vi). SABIN 26641.
