Half bound brown leather with marbled paper-covered boards. Front board is detached but present. Pages are moderately tanned with notable foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper, with ink drops, rubbing and a few nicks along text block edge. Minor dog-eared corners. Visible thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with notable bumping to corners, losses to spine ends and considerate rub wear to surfaces. Heavy tanning to spine and edges.
