An engraved frontispiece showing drainage implements, four folding plans of fields, octavo, pp viii, 207, a little age-toning on some pages, some offsetting from frontispiece on to title page, but most of the contents are clear, bound in an attractive and probably contemporary half calf and marbled boards, very slightly worn. SCARCE. With the small contemporary book label of J. Bailey. [The author is described on the title page as Land-Agent and Professor of Draining, Walcot, near Stamford. The plates of fields are all in Northamptonshire.]. First Edition. Half Leather. Very Good.
