London: Faber and Faber, 1936. INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR. Fifth impression, octavo, pp. 351. Five folding maps. Blue cloth with gilt titles to spine, in dustwrapper. Some occasional light spotting, some spotting to the edges. Slight wear and marking to the cloth with some bubbling to the rear of the lower board. Dustwrapper is price clipped, some small closed tears, nicking, and creasing along the top and bottom edges. Spine slightly age toned, some marking to the panels. Boldly inscribed to "O. Schreiner Gregg from Deneys Reitz, South Africa House, 19.iv.43", a very good copy with a nice association.
