Library's bookplate on front pastedown. Withdrawn stamp on front free endpaper. Additional stamps and handwriting on pages iv-v; some speckling to their top edges. Scuffing to rear pastedown, as though something had been torn from it. Slight discoloration to title page. Five fold-out maps, some of which are torn at edges, but otherwise intact. Light foxing to some pages and edges, but text is otherwise unmarred. Illustrations pristine. Very Good. (Subject: Africa).
