Three Hundred & Seventy Five Copies of this Edition have been printed on hand-made paper of which only Three Hundred & Sixty are numberd copies. This copy being Number 192. Thirty examples of Artificial flies illustrating the various Schools of Fly Dressing. Bound in original full dark morroco with gilt titles and gilt Londsdale library monogram on front board, light small scuffs. Spine: light fading, five raised bands, gilt titles and gilt crowns. Head edge: gilt , still shiny with light rubbing. Mild foxing to edges. Blue marbled eps with fep with armorial bookplate of Joseph Delaplaine Jr. (1903 - 1988) the noted author. Complete with frontis, tipped on plates and text illustrations as called for. Glassine coverd case of real flies mounted onto back endpaper with titles tissue guard. Quite clean content. B/w illustrations. Binding is VG. 448p. Author. Limited Edition. Hb. VG/None.
