Named cast includes Mr. Denys, Mr. Colin, Mlle. Duquenoy, Mdme. Bursay, Mr. Henry Bursay.

Overpaste "In Augsburg in der Gombartischen Musikhandlung" to lower margin of title. Cast list with printed note regarding the first Braunschweig performance on "June 11."

Wrappers somewhat worn and chipped; spine reinforced with dark brown tape. Lightly worn, soiled, and foxed internally; small contemporary price in manuscript to lower outer corner of title. Probable first German edition. Scarce. Not in BUC. Worldcat (6 copies only, none in the U.S.). OCLC no. 475860735.

Le médecin turc, an opéra-bouffon to a libretto by P. Villiers and A. Gouffé, was first performed in Paris at the Opéra-Comique (Théâtre Feydeau) on November 19, 1803.

(recto title printed within ruled borders, verso blank), 1f. (recto named cast list and contents, verso blank), 83, [i] (blank) pp. Named cast includes Juliet, Pellet, Moreau, Paul, St. Aubin, Lesage, and Moreau. Binding slightly worn, rubbed and bumped; spine partially detached with some loss. Annotation deleted at upper inner margin of first page of music with resulting abrasion; minor loss to blank upper outer margin of p. 7. Printed from Brandus plates. Les Rendez-Vous Bourgeois, to a libretto by François-Benoît Hoffman, was first performed in Paris at the Opéra-Comique (Salle Feydeau) on 9 May 1807. Minor to moderate foxing; preliminary leaves and pp. 113-120 browned; inscription dated July 1865 to upper margin of free front endpaper. Joconde, ou Les coureurs d'aventures, to a libretto by Etienne, was first performed in Paris on 28 February 1814. Considered Isouard's "masterpiece," Joconde "finally confirmed Isouard's international reputation and remained in the repertory until the close of the century."
