Anonymous tract discussing post-World War II global economics; describes role of the "neutral" countries, Lend-Lease Act, and free trade. Thought to have been written by William Francis Forbes-Sempill, 19th Lord Sempill, an associate of Churchill who turned out to have been a Japanese spy.
