New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1906. Verne's classic tale was first published in America in 1871. This is a Very Good copy of a rather uncommon reprint. Red cloth binding, ruled and with the publisher logo stamped on the front cover. Titling in gilt on the spine. Clean text; vi, 425 pages. Frontis illustration and eleven others within. Previous-owner stamps on both the front and rear paste-downs. Spine has faded to pink but the gilt remains bright. Mild bumps. A solid copy.. Reprint Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
