This is a nicely illustrated vintage copy of "Twenty Years After" by ALEXANDRE DUMAS. 1929; Dodd, Mead and Company; New York. This edition features 16 full-page illustrations in color by Rowland Wheelwright.
Condition:
Clean covers and spine. There is a tiny cloth tear below the title on the spine. Tiny cloth tears at the cover corners, and at the top-left corner of the spine. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Both covers are firmly attached. Nice interior - the text pages are clean and appear unread with no notable issues found. The front end paper has a name/address stamped in ink, and an inscription dated 1931 written in ink. Overall the book is in Very Good condition.
Sinopsis
Twenty Years After is a novel by Alexandre Dumas, père. This sequel to The Three Musketeers and a book of the so-called D'Artagnan Romances (the third and last book being The Vicomte de Bragelonne, including the famous volume, The Man in the Iron Mask) was serialized from January to August, 1845.
