The colophon states 'This pamphlet has been designed and printed in America, in Pawlet Vermont, at the Banyan Press, on French, Italian, and Chinese papers, during December 1948. There are four hundred and fifteen copies of which only two hundred, printed expressly for the Gotham Book Mart, are for sale. This is number 379.' A Near Fine copy, with a p.o. bookplate on the verson of the cover.
