Condition is GOOD+ : edgewear to boards, scattered foxing throughout, the signature of pages 5-8 is detaching, but all is present tand the book is otherwise tight, penciled math notation on front endpaper. A moral treatise on the value of a neatly-kept home: "The misery and discomfort which families and individuals have to endure that live in the midst of dirt and untidiness, and the comfort and enjoyment found among those of opposite habits, are well shown in the following account given by one the parties who paid the visits there mentioned."....
