VG (Book- mild general shelf wear to cloth- negligible soiling, gilt particularly bright with no rubbing, ink gift insc. dated 1895 to reverse of front end paper, tissue guards somewhat browned/foxed with light foxing to margins generally. No other defects). A very handsome example of Victorian Decorative cloth binding.
