Ex-library copy, with expected inserts and inscriptions. Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Binding remains firm. Front hinge is slightly cracked. Some cracking to gutters, with exposed netting. Heavier tanning to front end papers. Pencil inscription to front end paper. Some pencil annotations to margins. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is slightly darkened.
