SIGNED by the Author on the title page, 8vo, black cloth with gilt lettering, archival mylar protected pictorial dust jacket (unclipped) depicting gold piranhas in blue water, 244 pages. Peter Guttridge (born in Lancashire) is an English novelist, critic, and freelance journalist specialising in literature and film. He is well known for No Laughing Matter (1997), and The Great Train Robbery (2008). TWO TO TANGO--his third novel (of 15)--involves a journalist, Nick Madrid, who is sent to South America to cover a Rock Star on an anti-drug tour. Unfortunately, the music and purpose of the tour enrages Leftists, the Right, and Drug Lords, so Madrid struggles to keep the Star safe as well as himself. EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION in all respects.
