Sobre este artículo

New York, NY, U.S.A.: Ballantine Publishing Group, 1978. Mass Market Paperback. Near Fine. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. The enchanting 2nd book to The Lord of the Rings. This is a must read book if you read or saw the movie The Fellowship of the Ring. I've r ead the them all and would advise anyone who saw the movie to read them all. The way of the ringbearer. The Fellowship was scattered. Some were bracing hopelessly for war against the ancient evil of S auron. Some were contending with the treachery of the wizard Saruman. Only Frodo and Sam were left to take the accursed Rong of Power to be destroyed in Mordor - the dark Kingdom wher e Sauron was s up reme. Their guide was Gollum, deceitful and lust-filled, slave to the corruption of the Ring. Book has some light creases on the front and back cover and spine is creased..

Sinopsis

The Two Towers by J.R.R. Tolkien is a gripping and dramatic continuation of The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Frodo and Sam find themselves on a treacherous path towards Mordor, burdened by the corrupting influence of the One Ring. Guided by the treacherous Gollum, their friendship is tested amidst the perils they face. Meanwhile, the remaining members of the Fellowship, joined by the kingdom of Rohan, confront the formidable wizard Saruman and his dark forces. Battles erupt, sacrifices are made, and the forces of good are pushed to their limits. With the fate of Middle-earth hanging in the balance, the book sets the stage for an epic clash between light and darkness.
