Vol. 1 Assissi and Orvieto, 367 p., Vol. 2 Perugia and the Smaller Towns, 365 p. Many black and white photographs and drawings. Text is clean and unmarked except for usual library treatments. Pages are gilt on top edge and rough cut on the side. Green cloth boards with red shield and gilt lettering. Cover is faded and spine is very faded. Spine is tight and sound. Part of the Travel Lovers' Library. Books include history of Umbria (southern Italy's "boot), information about the art and museums, the Etruscans, St. Francis, churches, etc.
